***lvn what was your staring pay as a lvn in arizona***

Hi I have a couple questions Has anyone went to Fortis College. In Phoenix Arizona? How was the program? Pros? Con's? Also how much did your first job pay as a LVN?

I am not an LPN, but rather a CNA until I pass NCLEX. Anyway, the two places I have worked as a CNA have very different pay, so it will depend on where you get a job.

The first place I worked was a LTC that paid new grad LPN's $18/hr. PRN was paid $24 an hour but required a year of experience and had no benefits or guaranteed hours. My current employer pays new grad LPN's $21.75 I think. Or something close to that. PRN gets no pay difference. The place I work is a higher end place that is known for being on the higher end of the pay scale. So take that for what its worth I guess. GL.
