LVN Refresher Course in TX?

Does anyone know of a LVN refresher course offered in Texas to get your liscense reactivated?

i don't know where you are in tx, but any local community college that offers the lvn program should offer a refresher course also. i live in wichita falls and vernon college offers refreshers every 4-6 months depending on the demand.
