LVN to Medical Administration Degree?

Hey yall!

So, this is something that I've been thinking about for quite some time now. I am extremely interested in working in an office environment but still using my license as a LVN. I'm interested in venturing into the business side of healthcare and feel that a Medical Admin Degree would help me get there. I am not interested in going for my BSN, one main reason being that I don't want to go thru 4 years or more of schooling. I know that going for my Medical Admin degree is going back to school, but it won't be nearly as long as the BSN. Didn't see any other threads about this certain topic. Minus well add this question since I'm here. Are there any LVN/LPN thought of opening a caregiver service or a board and care home in California?

Check with the licensing authorities in your state if that degree would meet the requirements. It would not in my state
