We use the Hand In Hand series from the CMS. Everyone has to watch it before they are allowed to work the floor....everyone no matter what department they're in. We have the Bathing Without a Battle video but I don't find it helpful. Whatever interventions you use, remember they have to be individualized for the resident. Some people will take a bath or a shower on the afternoon shift but they'd flat out refuse on the day shift. If they are scared of bathing or really hate it, do the minimum to avoid stressing them out. No one ever died from not taking a bath.
