Hi! I have been an LPN since November of 2010 & have worked in long-term care ever since, I love my elders! I have gained a ton of experience and continue to learn new things every day. I know the struggle is real to get a nursing degree. Right now, I am also enrolled in my last semester of nursing school to obtain my ADN, I will graduate in May 2015.
Good luck in your nursing education endeavors!

Welcome to Allnurses.com! As a fellow nurse who has made the transition from LPN to RN, I can unequivocally say that the journey has been worth it for me.

Hello there!!! Well you and I are similar in our career paths. I myself have been a LPN since October 2010 and have been working in long-term healthcare the entire time. I'm currently in my last semester of ADN and will be also graduating May 2015. Congrats to you. This too has been a long journey but its almost over. #futureRNs
