I decided to go do the LPN thing, then move to Atlanta and do the LPN to RN thing. Are there any LPN schools in Houston?

Try http://www.hccs.edu I think Houston Comm College has one.
They have a LVN program. Not a LPN program...

LVN and LPN is one and the same thing.
In Texas state nursing board only awards LVN so there are LVN schools in TX

do you know how long the program for lvn in texas is? and do you know if they have classes in january?

HCC's program starts in Fall and Spring, and it takes a year
do you know if they offer evening and weekend classes
They are day only
Thanks jason but that is not entirely true as I found out recently there are classes in the evening including HCC but thanks for the effort or?
Actually you are wrong. The LVN course is day only. You can call 7137187330 for confirmation. The RN program is offered in the evenings, but the topic of this thread is not the RN program.
