LPN-RN programs that forgive prereq's

I am currently attending an LPN program that I will be completing soon. I remember seeing something on the net about an RN program that will forgive prereq's for an LPN who has 1 yr of work experience, but can't remember where. Does anyone know of any programs like this in MI or in surrounding states?

Lansing Community College, Lansing Mi has something along these lines I'm looking into that bridge program right now I live in Hartland, MI. I'm looking into the quickest bridge program I can find vs. clepping/excelsior. I will probably have to take micro and A&P again since it's been over 8 yr.s for me other wise. Give me a email if you want to research itt ogether, I'll need a study buddy for sure!
