Anyone know of any LPN to RN programs that are online? I've looked into Indiana state but I don't want to wait that long so was thinking of doing ASN first.

Have you looked at Hutchinson Community College in Kansas. They have an LPN to ADN online bridge program. You do have to travel there for clinicals, but they are done in large blocks at a time so travel is cut to a minimum. I can't say enough good things about the program.

You should check out excelsior college, its online and they have recently restructured the entire curriculum, I'll be done in June-July, im finishing up with the old system but I gotta tell you it would have been a lot less stressful under the new system. Hope this helps

What state are you in? I am also in this program and I'm curious about the school losing accreditation and what that will mean for graduates after May. I'd love to chat with you and see how the CPNE portion goes once you complete it.

@nurse397 Does you need prerequisites for the program?

Yes for the Hutchinson Community College you need prerequisites completed before you can apply to the program.  Most of mine we're done through my LPN courses, but I did have to complete a few that weren't.

Ezike, are they full online? How are Clinicals? Can they be completed in our states? I am in New Jersey.

So 50% is online and 50% in Florida 3 weekends every thing else is online

Ezike, how long is the program?
