I am considering going back to school....I had started towards my associate degree a few years ago, but am wondering if I should just start plugging away at my B.S instead. What's the difference in pay? In getting jobs? Is it harder to get a job w/ your 2 yr degree? At my last job, the RN's said the pay was pretty comparable between the 2 and 4 yr RN's. Also, what is the difference between the fast-track, upward mobility, and bridge programs?? Thanks for any help....

Meg, if you do a search of the site, you will find that this age-old question has been asked before, and answered in detail many times over. So, in order to avoid many arguments, I am closing the thread.
