Moving to Hawaii as a new grad!

Nurses LPN/LVN

Published

Hello everyone I'm kind of new to this but I've been doing a lot of research and I can not find any information so hopefully someone can help me. I am currently in an lpn program and will be graduating summer of 2018. My husband just got the option to reenlist in schofield, hawaii. He told me to do my reasesrch and find out if I would be able to get a job there as a new grad. I'm currently in NC so I know I will have to go through a process to transfer my license. Apart from that I will like to continue to get my RN or BSN by doing an lpn to rn tancision program and I would like to start it right away after we have moved. At the latest by spring semester of 2019. So if anyone has any information on what schools offer a transition program or knows of any hospitals that hire new gards please let me know!!
