LPN... Job hunt! Interview follow-up!

Ok so I interviewed at a Dr's office last friday and as soon as I got home they called me back for a 2nd interview with the Dr for that afternoon. I am still figuring out how to be great at the ibterview process and failed to ask when I should follow up. I called on Tuesday and got the OM voicemail. I left a message stating that i was following up etc... So now do I just wait and hope?
