If you live near the border, some people go to Owens Community College (I think Monroe county residents used to get in state rates but it may no longer be going on) or Lourdes across state lines. Lourdes as an LPN to BSN program but it's private tuition. Monroe County has an LPN to RN program. Henry Ford CC has an LPN to RN program. 0 Likes
