I am a LPN in Nova Scotia, Canada considering moving to England and I'm trying to find out a few things. What is the equivalent to a LPN in England? I was even considering working as a personal care worker for awhile there until I became familiar with the terminology etc. Do they have PCW's or the such there? Thanks!

I moved your post to the UK forum where it is more appropriate. There is an entire different group of issues when moving to another country.
EN = enrolled nurse. But they no longer have training programs for that, they have changed over to the RN.

unfortunately for purpose of immigration you have to be a RN here are the current guidelines from our governing body NMC http://www.nmc-uk.org/aFrameDisplay.aspx?DocumentID=633
Enrolled nurse jobs are very few and far between now as they haven't been trained for several years and the ones that are left who haven't converted are happy where they are working. I used to be a EN and loved it but to progress you have to convert and now many universities are cutting down on conversion courses
