LPN Case Manager

I'M living in brooklyn how can I become certified as a LPN case manager

In order to be certified by CCMC you must be an RN.

Or by ANCC, same thing. RN. This is because, in both cases, the case manager has to have a basic licensure that permits independent assessment and care planning, and those responsibilities are given only to RNs in the nurse practice act.

Note that there are employers who will call you a case manager if you're not certified, and may hire LPN/LVNs for those jobs, but I doubt it. And since pretty much everyone wants certification, the short answer to your question is, "You can't."
