Just wondered if anyone is going thru Indiania State University LPN to BSN transition program? If so what state are you currently in? How do you like the program, and the way it is set up? Did you use College Network, or go straight thru the school itself?

Here's the deal, My hubby is in the army and we get transfered ALOT, so a traditional school is just not going to happen for me...soooo...i graduate with my LPN this year and i am looking into the process of transition programs. I talked with Excelsior, and i am not too impressed with the % of passing the CPNE, and i could not find any statistics for their pass rates on the NCLEX (though if someone knows, i would love to look into it more)

Also someone said you can just sign up at your CC and CLEP out of classes there, how does that work? and then i'd have to just transfer the credits out to ISU right?...geez i'm so confused! lol any info woudl be great, thanks!

I'm not in the BSN program (currently in the FNP program), but wanted to help you out a little in case nobody else responded. I live in GA, went through the school directly (didn't even know College Network existed), and just completed my first semester. It was awesome! The classes are structured and the professors excell in their communication with students.

As for CLEP, you just take the exam and transfer the credits to ISU. CLEP has a nice setup for military personnel (and most likely the families) here: http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/clep/military.html

Best of luck to you!
