Does anyone know of a good online option for LPN to BSN? I am hitting many road blocks locally. MA resident. Thanks!

All RN programs require some type of clinical component. The closest thing is Excelsior's program- but that is LPN to ADN. Indiana State has one, but again, clinicals.
Thanks. I understand about clinical. No issue with that. I just don't know of any LPN to BSN online options for MA licensed nurses.

Excelsior did have an LPN to BSN program a few years back. I was enrolled in it for a hot second. I don't know if they still have it, but I remember it was only offered in select states. Give them a call and see if they still have it.
I think not but I'll check it out. Thanks

Indiana State Univ is the only LPN to BSN program I know of. They require 2 college level english classes and college level algebra. I had many of my prerequisites completed, and they accepted almost all of them except my interpersonal communication. I cant remember what the tuition cost is, but the have different tiers. in state, tristate, and midwest, all other states.
I looked into excelsior, but they have many complaints. The main thing was their clinical is for 1 week. They offer it in two different states. I think they may have a long wait list. It costs thousands, and pass rate is about 50%. I might not be right on with these numbers, but close enough where people really need to consider these issues, and the time frame they want to complete a program. Someone told me of a program in WI. I cant remember the name of hand. I will get back o you if I think of it. Have you attempted the TEAS test? It is a test hat s hard to study for because they can ask anything. It consists of math english, reading comprehension and science The math isn't hard it is fractions, precents, maybe simple algebra. English wasn't bad either.science can range from physiology, physics, chemistry and this is the hardest section. I scored 81 percentile and I had a 3.6 GPA and didn't get into the program. I could have gotten into a nsg program that had a good reputation but I was being cheap. I didn't want to pay 3 x the tuition cost of the community colleges in my area. I moved to Wisconsin to attend a program through a technical college. It was horrible. The instructors were bullies, very little personal experience in nursing, and actually the first two weeks I counted numerous errors in the information they were teaching. I could go on and on, but this would be for a different. I post. I quit after two weeks. I was given 100% of my money after I told the head school administrator of my experience. I have since learned this school has a bad reputation. So don't let tuition scare you away from a good school. There are many ways to get loans forgiven. You don't have to pay back if you are willing to work with certain populations, or in certain rural areas. I have been an LPN too long. I'm starting to reconsider if I even want my RN. I think I am gonna just finish my A.S. and then decide what to do.
Good luck
