I have read many posts on here where people claim you are eligible to take the LPN boards after completing your first year of nursing school.
I was curious if anyone can confirm that this is true or false in GA after you complete your first year of an ADN program

Can't answer for GA, but here in Florida it is possible, if the ADN course is designed that way. Check with your local school. Good luck in all you do. :)

A friend that was in my Chemistry class just received an acceptance letter for NGCSU North Metro Campus. She was waitlisted too. Did you possibly get a letter?

I can tell you in Oklahoma it depends on your school and how your program in set up. We have some schools that you can take it after the second and mine was the third semester. I know this because I just took it and passed.
