If you do not feel that you are sufficiently prepared, then consider rescheduling. Only you can make that determination. But keep in mind that the predictor test scores are not infallible and the NCLEX is unpredictable. I would just make up your mind to take it when you feel ready. Good luck.

I count it as a blessing everytime I got wrong in my Qtrainer coz in that way, you have learned something from that mistake. don't get discouraged. and finish ur QT,never rush to finish all the qt just for the sake of finishing it all. And yes,the scores are not the determining factor that you will pass or fail coz nclex is unpredictable. god bless!

You can do this! Believe in yourself! Don't get hung up on your scores. Just concentrate on how well you understand the content regarding the use of oxygen, MDI, mechanical ventilation and so forth! signs and symptoms of diseases helps....
And most of all infection control.
thanks everyone!i feel pressured.im afraid to fail again.i feel bad for my bad score but thanks for lifting me up..atleast im learning for my mistakes.wish me luck..
