I've been noticing that I get extremely low energy whenever I have free time (free days, finishing assignments early, school breaks). Not sure why, but I think I thrive off "doing something." Not sure why.
Does anyone else get like this? In the end, my break never feels like a break because I always manage to end up sad. haha

Would be a good idea to go for a walk or some other outdoor activity so you keep your endorphins up maybe? My breaks feel pretty far in between lol..when I get them they feel nice but I do understand where you're coming from. I also thrive off of doing something, the more chaos the more I'm feeling in control. I think you just need to do a little something when you have breaks though.

I know exactly how you feel! I seriously don't know what I'll do when I graduate college. I feel complete when I know I have deadlines and due dates for homework. I thrive under pressure and stress and hate it when I have NOTHING to do.
