Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with how fast the State Board acts when a nurse is reported. Thanks

Hello KAUAI I'm late reading your post, but wanted to offer some input if you still had questions. It depends on what kind of reporting it is, as to how fast the state boards contacts.
From what I have seen, the RNP(recovering nurse program) will contact you usually by certified letter. And let me tell you, the ink on the letter won't be dry you get it so quickly. Also, if it is about allegations of abuse to a pt or resident, they move pretty fast.
If I can be any help, please feel free to pm me.
