Thank you for the update!
I received my Phase 1 qualification letter last week. I have 50 points, hoping its good enough to qualify for phase 2.
I also already took TEAS 6 but it was a couple of years ago (got an 87), stressed about having to take it again due to them requiring TEAS 7. I completed my science pre-reqs in 2018-19 so I have a ton of reviewing to do.

I haven’t received anything yet ?

Thank you! So glad you heard something haha this means that they are working haha
Even though my TEAS 6 was only 72 I did not want to take another one hahaha ?
but if I have to I will ☺️

If you start studying for TEAS 7 by the 14th of this month, that gives you one whole month to study before the exam. I started studying just about a week ago and making great progress. I made a schedule for the whole month by calculating how many pages a day I study until the exam. I am using the Mometrix book, I also have the ATI TEAS study material book, but focusing on the first book for now. I know many people that have gotten super high scores by using the Mometrix alone. I also bought the flash cards by Mometrix for extra study material. We have until the 14th of June to study or maybe longer since the date says tentative. Good luck.

If you applied at the end of the application period, you should hear by the end of this month. Then by June 3rd they will let us know who is moving onto phase 2. They are definitely requiring TEAS 7 even if you have TEAS 6 already. But that means you're ahead already and probably just need refreshing. The announcement said June 14 is when they will have phase 2 applicants take the TEAS so we have over a month to study. Maybe longer since the date says tentative.
Those of you preparing for the TEAS,
here is the list of materials that I used to take the TEAS 6 in January and I scored a perfect 90 studying seriously for two weeks.
- ATI official study manual (Study each chapters and do the quizzes after each chapter, answer the quizzes like you would answer in real exam situation, don't look back to get your answer correct).
-Mometrix Book (use it for the concept building- especially to summarize the science section). Practice tests at the end of this book are pretty good.
-Practice TESTS (Online Version from ATI TEAS) these tests just feel like the real test and are pretty similar. Time these tests and make sure you don't spend a lot of time in one question- especially in the Reading Section which can be really time consuming.
Youtube:
Science:
Ninja Nerd (Anatomy and Physiology)
Dr. Matt and Mike (Anatomy and Physiology)
Dr. Campbell (Anatomy and Physiology)
Khan Academy (Anatomy, Physiology, Chemistry and Biology)
English (Reading Section):
Carolyn McAllister videos (These are short videos but very concise and informative for a good revision)
Notes taking:
Make good notes and try to relate the concepts you learn using concept maps (these were really helpful for me as I am a visual learner).
Practice as many quizlets as possible (the only problem with some quizlets are that there are so many wrong answers in the Science Part).
Try to study in group and ask each other as many questions as possible.
- Don't try to cram everything in a single day but do meaningful studies and take breaks to give your mind some relaxation.
TEAS 7 has some changes like fill in the blank, answer all that apply option as well.
I have already started preparing for the test and would love to have some group study sessions to whoever is interested.
Good Luck!

Thank you for this! you are more than prepared, I am getting there. I would love to group study, which I know I keep telling you. I plan to contact you after this week by email. My English 221 class is almost over and I will study strictly on TEAS and want to group study for sure. Zoom would work best for me, we can share screens and things like that. We have the same schedule as well. Talk to you soon.
