My question is

Does Everyone who got an email of confirmation will be emailed to pass the I TEAS test or it going be another selection?

No , not exactly. So getting a confirmation letting just say's okay we got your application, this is how many points you OFFICIALLY have for phase 1 and yes you qualify for phase 1. Like they see that you did actually take all the right pre reqs and stuff. But someitme in may they are gonna send another notification as too who is invited to phase 2 or not. Which is taking the TEAS test. So only about 80 people are gonna be chosen to phase 2 our of the 300 or so total applicants. Like of everyone who applied.

yes! definitely in May, thats what has been said by the nursing department at least. You can email Rikki Hall if you'd like, she is the one from admissions and records who is calculating the scores. she may be able to give a better date. But so far it has been said that May, we should expect our answer. Then they put up a list on the Los Medanos College nursing page website, with your student ID number and that is all who is invited to phase two. but you will also get an email saying that you're invited to phase two and dates and everything. SO when I applied previously, my number was no where on that list and I didn't receive an email. I wasn't chosen for phase 2. Then after phase two there will two more lists posted on the site, the people who got in and the alternates.

Do you mind if I ask with how many points did you apply in previous application

I applied with 50 points and I know it not competitive enough

The first time around I applied with 45. I have a 55 this time around (I had to retake anatomy and bring my B up to an A, but I had to go to las positas college because it was out of the district). Someone who got into the nursing program in the previous selection had a 50. she was conditionally accepted I believe. She told me on this website in a different discussion board. For LMC of 2020. But if you get to go onto phase 2, you can still get conditionally accepted, because they use your score of 50 from phase 1 and your TEAS score. So you could still get in with a 50.

Thank you for answering me
I wish the best to everyone ?

Specializes in Pre-Nursing.

Good Luck everyone, we should hear from them in May and TEAS 7 will probably be administered around June.

HI!

I took the TEAS 6 to apply to other colleges, I was wondering if I will have to take again.

I think I only got 55 points (phase I, I think, I haven't heard from them since I applied). Unfortunately, I did not have time to add my BA, so I lost 5 points.

on the TEAS I did bad and I only got 72 points

My total points is 127 I think with the TEAS.

They only accept the very first score if they are accepting the TEAS 6. I do not know if they will want you to take TEAS 7. Shoot! its too bad you didn't at your BA that would of give you an extra 10 points I believe. I added my AA which is 5 points but the BA was 10 I believe. But if im not mistaken 55 is a pretty competitive score for phase 1 actually. I also have 55 and 70 on the TEAS is not bad either. I think you have a decent chance. Hopefully it works out for you.

Yes, I could have 60 instead of 55 haha

I think we have the same points!

Hopefully works for you too!
