Hello, My name is Emmely. I just applied to the LAVC nursing program and I wanted to start a topic so that we can keep eachother updated on status.

Hey, so I turned in my LAVC nursing application on September 5th. And that's about it. I got the prereq evaluation, was eligible, & filled out an application at the nursing office. I asked when we'd get notified about the cutscore, etc. and the lady said "In October". The only thing I found odd was that I never received a receipt/email/confirmation or anything that they HAVE my application. (proof I even turned in an application). LACC, Glendale, and COC all gave me one :/

Did anyone receive a receipt/email/confirmation or anything? I asked and the lady just said "no". But I still think it's odd.

If it makes you feel any better, I did not receive anything either. My friend also applied and did not receive anything. I heard that they will email us once they need the TEAS completed or our score sent. Keep me posted please :).

Hi there, I'm Emmely's friend. Emmely and I turned in our application the same day. We never got an email confirmation, receipt, or letter in the mail. We already got email confirmations from Pierce, LATT, and Glendale. Let's hope they reach out to us soon.

Just got accepted and offered a seat into their nursing program today after confirming that they received my TEAS score!
