Los Angeles Pierce College (LAPC) - ADN Spring 2024

Hey Everyone! Attempt #3! I just thought I'd make a thread for LAPC's Spring 2024 ADN applicants. This is my third time applying and applications are open from September 15 - October 1.

I will also be applying to these schools: College of the Canyons, Pasadena City College, Antelope Valley College, and Butte College. I wish everyone the best of luck! ❤️ 

GUYS I GOT MINE TOO! I am so happy after all the denials I've gotten for the other 6 schools I've applied to. But this is one I was really really praying for!

Hey all! Congrats to those who got in! I'm curious if anyone knows if they are fully done sending out letters... I ask because I got accepted into a program much farther away from me and Pierce would be my top choice but I haven't received anything yet.. I'm meant to accept my offer to the other school by the 30th

The people who have been initially contacted have until December 3rd to accept. So its possible maybe they are still sending out? I would email them just in case with your situation and see what they say. 

That being said, even if you accept the other school...and then get into Pierce- you can always withdraw from the other school you accepted. Hope that helps!

Has anyone received anything from Pierce?  I emailed my acceptance on Sunday and I have not received anything.

I only received an email saying "received". Maybe they will send out more info after December 3rd cut off?

I agree, after the December cut off is when they'll have all students finalized. I do know after speaking with the office that the orientation date will be 'sometime in December'.

How long after you sent your acceptance, did you receive an email?

I just got off the phone with someone to from the nursing department and they did confirm that they received my acceptance.

I didn't receive a confirmation either I only called to ask about the LVN to RN option and that's when they told me orientation. They did assure me not to worry I am accepted no matter what option I choose.
