Hey, is there anyone who applied for Fall 2017 admission to LA County? Have you guys heard any news? has anyone called you? What are your thoughts?
Which one would you recommend for the program?
It really depends on ur budget and if u are good at taking care of ur things I would get a littman it's expensive but it will last u a long time the lightweight is nice and simple the classic has a pediatric and adult side the cardiology has the same thing but is able to pick up sounds ... my friends that have been nurses recommended to me the cardiology because it is good if u want to go into the er or pediatrics but alot of the nurses from were I work have the lightweight and they love it ... so it's really a personal choice
I'm not one to kiss behinds, but I've gotta say this: How cool is LTorres1110? She's taking the time to explain everything with details and words of encouragement included. Who does that nowadays? For free! I don't know about you, but I'm keeping notes of everything she's saying and recommending, I know I will make it into the program eventually and I will need the helpful info she's providing. THANK YOU LTorres1110! You rock girl!
I am done calling them. They won't gove me an update/status on my application. I told them somebody was supposed to call me on tues but they didnt, and then I spoke to the director and she says she doesnt recall and they don't give that type of info out.
So they said to wait for the email/mail because they will be sending them up throught next week also. :/
I really think I got rejected and they dont wanna say.

MP427 - Ohh good plan. Yea I heard it's tough but I can see why. You get your BSN in 2-3 years. I know friends that went there and they enjoyed the time and education they had. :)
