Los Angeles County School of Nursing Fall 2017

Hey, is there anyone who applied for Fall 2017 admission to LA County? Have you guys heard any news? has anyone called you? What are your thoughts?

As far as pots go....I do have a few in the patio. As far as points go.....they could be better. I'm praying for the best. And willing to work for it too. It's why I decided to retake micro and physio this semester. It's clear that points are important; and I'm willing to continue working for them. At the end of the day, we can compare e/o points.....but it really doesn't matter. The only thing that does matter is what the people on their admissions team think of me; including their (and hopefully mine one day) But hey, I know at the end of the day allocation of seats does go to the people with more points. Just remember this tho, every champion was once a contender who refused to give up. Might not be as flawless as you working nurses or high scorning students, but it is my intention to be a part of this with you guys.

Just talked to the person who handles the applications, she said the school has not sent out ANY acceptance notifications yet. She said not until the end of May. They are still in the process of reviewing all applicants.

Thank you for checking! I looked up the discussion board for last fall and they found out the beginning of June. I hope I get into county since I live near one of the clinical sites.
