Los Angeles County College of Nursing - FALL 2020

Published

Just wanted to start a thread for people who are applying Jan. 15 - Feb. 15 2020

Im trying to apply even though i only have 78 points without the interview points. ? hehe

But If I don't get an invite in MAY, I'll try to retake some GE's and bump my score up to 80.

However, I'm still going to try and turn in my application on Jan. 15

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in starting a facebook group for Fall 2020 to keep each other updated or ask each other for tips and advice?

I'm game if anyone else is. This semester's thread doesn't seem to be as active as past years though.

I got an 87.3% on my TEAS, A's in the Pre-req classes (anatomy, physiology,& microbio), overall 3.72 college GPA (I believe I had one or 2 B's under the college academic courses section), and I earned 1 bonus point for having over 100 hours of volunteer direct patient care experience. That all should have added up to 89 or 90 points. (No interview points due to COVID-19).
