Just wanted to start a thread for people who are applying Jan. 15 - Feb. 15 2020
Im trying to apply even though i only have 78 points without the interview points. ? hehe
But If I don't get an invite in MAY, I'll try to retake some GE's and bump my score up to 80.
However, I'm still going to try and turn in my application on Jan. 15

I’m glad I applied to several schools. Hi
Someone posted earlier that the LVN program is pushed back bc the current cohort won’t be able to finish in time due to COVID-19 and they don’t have enough resources to have the classes run concurrently during the Summer. I’m not sure if that will be the case for the generic RN program but I’m keeping my fingers crossed that if we get accepted , we could still in the fall.
I emailed the following and will post the response when I get it:
"...I submitted an application for your Fall 2020 program. I see the school has cancelled the interview section of the application.
Is it possible to get an idea of when applicants should expect an acceptance letter?
If one is not accepted will a rejection letter be sent out during the same period?
Thank you in advanced for your help...."

Are they taking any precautions to protect students?

We are told to take “basic med/surg patients.” So we are not taking care of confirmed COVID patients. Well, a basic med/surg patient can also be asymptomatic. There are some COVID patients on the wards we are doing clinical at.
Protection from the school? 1 surgical mask!
Hey All! Does anyone know what version of TEAS they require? I took the TEAS back in 2016 and I'm wondering if thats still good. I looked through the website and in the student handbook and can't find anything.
I hope everyone is staying safe and I'm crossing my fingers for everyone here to get in! Good luck to the current students too! It's a crazy time to be learning.
