Wanted to make a new discussions since fall 2021 admissions were cancelled. Anyone else applying this year for Spring 2022? I don't know how many points I have since I am taking the TEAS later this month. How many points do you guys expect to have? How many applicants usually apply? Good luck everyone!

Does any know What kind of questions they ask on the interview for the oral communication skill?

I’ve gone through past forums and none have given any concrete info on the kind of questions that are asked.
It seems its a group exercise and less an actual oral interview.

I wish there was more info, you can try to screen through past forums as well and see if I missed anything.

Thank you so much for the info. It is always good to over-prepare regardless. I am using you tube videos to prepare for the interview.

Today I met a former student. They also had an interview which included both oral and written. They had group work sessions to test for teamwork. In addition to that, they had tests on how a nurse would follow specific instructions. Note that every year they might have a different set of skill assessments.

thank you for the information. I wonder what skills will be tested. Is it like CNA skills or others.

  • Following directions
  • Team work
  • Question about the pros and Cons
  • An opposing point of view like Vaccines is why and why not.

Note: Every year they might change it. I don't think it is CNA skills cause most students are not trained yet.
