It looks pretty good to me ... except ... What type of position are you applying for? If you are applying for a staff nurse position, you should include some material about your NURSING school experiences. Your lab experience is dominating the nursing. You should condense the lab stuff a little and highlight the nursing more.
For example, did you do any sort of senior-year preceptorship or capstone in nursing school? Did you do any special projects related to the type of nursing job you are seeking? Did you participate in a student nurse organization? Are you interested in working with a particular patient population? What special things did you do to get that "above and beyond" award? etc.
Your lab experience may get the recruiter to give you a second look ... but they'll want to know "who you are as a nurse" in order to hire you.
Thank you I will condense the lab skills. Where should I add the nursing skills? Should I create a skills section or add them under nursing school?
It depends on what they are and how much you have to say. If there is a lot to say ... I would make a separate section for them in order to keep your education section short and cohesive. If it's only 1 or 2 lines, I would include it in the education section.

Add a "Clinical Experience" section. I found the attached pdf example on allnurses and have shaped my resume just like it. Look at her example of her "Clinical Experience" section.
