i heard URC is ok... while Kaplan approach is similar to NCLEX questions

hi p.sawyer, im currently reviewing nclex with ra gapuz...i have difficulties of reviewing on my own so i enrolled in a review center..but i you feel you can do it on your own then try self review... good luck!! and God bless!!!!:typing

there are a lot of nclex review centers and the best thing if you really want to review with a review center is to do the leg work first and go to the review centers first and see it for yourself, the review centers that i suggests are the ones i considered good in a way because you can practice online which can simulate the actual nclex exam they are gapuz and kaplan,i think they are a little bit expensive. the other review center worth mentioning are rachell allen cause they also have online nclex simulation, ncclex and prs on dapitan st.

but for me self review is still the best and the other thing you have to do is practice on the computer so you will get the hang of it( answering the question on a computer and not on paper)

Please be very careful with this center, they were at the center of the cheating scandal there two years ago when everyone had to rewrite the NLE if they were wishing to work in other countries.

And there are many hospitals that are in the know, that will not even consder one for employment if they have gone thru this center.

All I can say is that things are not as they seem.

Thanks. Self-review is really that helpful? Which books do you guys advice? I'm thinking of having self-review for a few months before going to a review center maybe..

If you go to the NCLEX side of this forum you will see that our Suzanne has put together a self study program that many have had success. And it's free ( except the book)

on my opinion any review center will do.all the lectures are just the same thing.what matters is yourself.how motivated you are in passing and your own style in reviewing.if you don't have money to enroll in a review center buy saunders 4th edition and follow suzanne's plan.it really works!:nurse:
