Looking to go into ultrasound..need some help

Published

I was going to a community college for nursing.I completed all the classes for the program but did not do as good as i wanted to on the hesi.I decided I wanted to go into ultrasound thinking it would be a little easier.I have a few more classes to take before I try to get into the program.I got a C+ in both my anatomy classes and a b in micro and I'm afraid those grades are not good enough:confused:.Has anyone got into an ultrasound program with a C+?I have a GPA of 3.2 because my grades in the other classes were good.I just cannot seem to do well with science classes.I'm trying to get into the program at Gloucester County College in Sewell, Nj because that seems to be the only school in my area that offers ultrasound.Does anyone know of any other schools in Nj that offer an ultrasound program?I really want to go into ultrasound so any input will be helpful:).

Sorry, I don't have any advice. Just bumping for you.

Have you considered retaking any of the courses you got Cs in? It might be better the 2nd time around, you might be a bit more familiar with the material and develop some new study strategies that will help you do better. However, I don't know how many schools do this, but at my school repeated courses can work against you.

Good luck.
