as for myself, i think i'm too far down on the totum pole so i'm not hoping for an acceptance or an alternate letter. i have 2 other schools to wait on, so hopefully one of them gives!

For those who were wondering about letter thickness.....it was pretty thick and included several forms. Hope you don't have to wait much longer....Good luck everyone~

@careangel you are not too far on the list if 11.462 to 11.0 make the alternate list. Think positive........Having read the posts from last application period I think it is possible for the alternate list to be that wide of a range....Plus look at how many people are applying to other schools and will give up their spot at Lonestar as they are accepted else where.....

What was your score and what was your sister's? We're trying to figure out where the cutoff was.

I hate to bring up another subject while so many are still left waiting for letters....but for those accepted, did you go through the forms yet? I noticed while reading the deadlines, that proof of completed immunizations is due by Nov 23. I can't get my last Hep B shot until Nov 29 (6 months after the first shot). I went back to the website for reference and it states that you should begin your Hep B series at least 6 months before the start of the program. It also states that you must have them before beginning clinicals. I also find it weird that they only checked to see if you had at least started the series when turning in the application. It seems that if the Nov 23 deadline is firm, that they would have checked the date you started and checked that the first TWO shots were complete. I'm just hoping that a matter of 6 days doesn't keep me from starting the program anyone heard anything about this or in the same boat as me???
