Hi, just wanted to start a post about my process of applying at lonestar. Hope to hear from other applicants! I have just taken my HESI and will be applying for the spring semester with a score of 11.54

do u have a phone number for us to call please

281-357-0747 It is located in Tomball, but you don't have to be a Tomball resident.

Anyone knows of any cheap place to go get your titers done for the MMr and Chickenpox titer

The lowest I can find is at Titer Test For School Or Work. Get Titers Today. Tomagwa may do them, 281-357-0747 let us know if they do. This is also a great place to volunteer. It is all run by volunteers.

The oldest? maybe not.

What campus are you attending?

My details: CyFair- 50 years young- single mom of 6, 12, 20 year old! What campus are you at Momma_D. I'm looking for study partners That can study during the day, especially before/after classes.

I paid $248.00 to get mine done.

I don't think you are the oldest. ;0)

I am hoping to get into the Cy Fair campus. I too am a single mom, but my kiddos are grown, and I am always in favor of good study buddies!

Just a thought. Rather than get titers done, is it risky to just get the immunizations again. It would be a lot less expensive. But I dont know if you can get a series of three in time.

It's all about the timing. If I knew earlier, I would have just gotten the shots again because I think if you have to apply again, you have to have your titers drawn again too (they are only good for one year)

If you've had MMR series as a child you shouldn't need them again. I know I couldn't go to school without those. But I guess that was a new thing they started when I was a kid lol. But I wasn't doing a titer for that since I've already had a full series.

omgoodness the place they listed on the handout that clinic will do titers for 25 bucks a pop and they accept walk ins only

They gave me estimate of 175$ for my flu vaccine, hep b titer, varicella titer, tb test, physical, meningitis vaccine....I think that is a damn good deal if u ask me so far...Is there any CPR places that you know of any closer to the Humble area
