Hi, just wanted to start a post about my process of applying at lonestar. Hope to hear from other applicants! I have just taken my HESI and will be applying for the spring semester with a score of 11.54
I'm sure school starting will bring about a whole new level of stress for us. Lol. I'm dealing with a lot right now and have contemplated leaving the program. Then I think about how hard I have worked to get this far and I just cannot give up now. My husband will probably be transferring to a new job in early February that will take him away from home and my mom has a mass on one of her ovaries that is larger than a grapefruit. It has been one doctors appt after another to try to determine if it is cancerous or not. Surgery has to be done and I fear it will be scheduled on our mandatory orientation day. Or our first day of school. I'm literally not sleeping these days. Add my sick two year old to the mix and it's utter as complete chaos around here!
I am so sorry to hear that and your mother will be in my prayers. It's kind of sad to say that I am glad I am not the only one going thru a tuff time. My boyfriend was the soul provider for our family of 6 and he lost his job 2 weeks ago. So things will get better I know it.
I'm so sorry to hear about the troubles some of you are enduring right now. Please know that I will keep you in my heart and prayers! Lean on the One who gives you strength, He will guide you through it. Congratulations to all of you on your new adventures and I look forward to hearing all about then, when you have the time of course! Have a wonderful break and Happy New Year to all of you!
what chapters are we suppose to read? where does it says???
I don't have any books nor has Kingwood sent us any type of information in regards to course work so I would not worry about it. Unless, you want to get a head start on things than I would just review some things in the beginning of each book.
Hi, everyone! Congrats to all of you who will be starting nursing school in just a few short weeks!! I will be starting my second semester at CyFair this Spring, and I just wanted to offer you guys any advice that you may need. If you have any questions about CyFair, just ask and I'll do my best to answer them. I was in your shoes last Fall when I was getting ready for the program and I remember being really nervous and full of questions. Lol
