Lone Star College Nursing Applicants Fall 2014

Hello Everyone,

I am applying to lone star college nursing program and am new to the whole points system thing. I know that there is a sheet and the highest you can earn is 12 points. How do you figure out how many points you receive for the GPA. EX: If one has all B's in the courses for prereq section do they receive 3 points or do you just have to meet the 2.75 and receive the 4 points" A little help please.

to get the 4 points you have to get an A in all three classes, if you got a B in all three classes then you get the 3 points on the score/point sheet. are you applying for north harris's program? I turned in my application this morning:)

Yes I am applying to harris. I am nee to this system how does the application go exactly because they just received my hesi scores I still have a block

Did you already take the hesi?

you have to giro the lone star nursing website and fill out and print the application and turn it in to the nursing adviser it tells you too. The requirements on the app tell you everything you have to turn in and where. After that it's a waiting game untill they send out the yes or no notifications in early April!

Yes I saw that but I am not able to apply because when I log in I have a block on there that says hesi scores have not been received but they do have them I was wondering how long it would take to be intered because I had scores sent through evolve I took my test somewhere else
