Okay for all of us that are waiting, this is our official I'm waiting , checking the mail daily :imbar, going crazy , biting my nails , at the edge of my seat , can hardly concentrate on anything else :typing, Kingwood and Cyfair Spring 2009 awaiting thread:yeah:We still have a while to go before letters are going to be sent out but let's keep each other encouraged and cross our fingers for everyone that applies!

You made me tear up when i read you got in are you going to go to day or evening lecture?? I hope i get to meet all of you guys if i get in...i should know in about an hour...Our mailbox is locked and the mail has already arrived but i don't know where my key is... so i have to wait for my boyfriend to get home!!! but hopefully it's good news!!! I got a letter that I'm an alternate at Kingwood! Now I don't know what to do!!! Can I send my letters of intent to both Kingwood and Cy-Fair and just see if I get into Kingwood?

I don't know, good question. You are an alternate at Kingwood but have a sure seat at Cyfair. If I had to choose I would choose Kingwood. I don't see why you can't reply back to both. I wonder if Kingwood has a numbering alternates like Cyfair?

What days and time are you guys choosing? My #1 right now is 5-8PM and Saturday clinicals.

Our pharm teacher at Kingwood said that they always try to get all the alternates in so try not to stress over that but I sure do hope you get into Kingwood.

Hopefully we'll all meet sooner or later.

I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight I'm so excited.

I was looking at the CPR classes (under continuing ed) in the lone star system. They all say basic CPR ........is this not the CPR for health care professionals that we need. It lasts for 8 hours but it doesn't sa health care professionals. Does anyone know? There's one at kingwood and at a conroe location both on 11/22.

My only choice is 5-8pm and saturday clinicals. I gotta keep my day job. If I can't get those days, well I don't know what to do than.

I saw one that said ...for Health Care Providers.. let me see if I can find it. I know, Rj, me too. I have to work through out the program right now. I was looking at a company that will come to your location that is the same price. What do you guys think of us taking it together?

I'm also signing up to take Pharm online because I haven't taken it yet.
