Thought I'd start a thread for Loma Linda's CRNA DNP program that opens tomorrow, June 1st, 2022 for 2023 admission. Anyone know what to expect for the personal statement? The last program I applied to had very specific questions to answer. I'm not seeing anything on the webpage, but maybe it will give us more info once the app officially opens tomorrow?

I’ll be applying as well. I think for the personal statement just explain what motivated you to become a CRNA and list your experiences. Good luck

@alittlesweet I don't think there was a formal personal statement on the application right? I thought I only saw short answers!

@Obi Okafor I havent heard anything back yet, but I know the official document deadline isn't until September 1st so hopefully we'll hear something after that.
Stats: 4 years SICU experience at a level I trauma/teaching hospital, 3.7 cumulative/nursing GPA, 3.9 science GPA. CCRN, pending CMC (hopefully I'll pass LOL). Charge, Rapid response RN, unit preceptor. Co-Chair on the UPC. Local non-profit clinic volunteer work, missionary work. CRNA shadowing.
Anyone know how heavy they lean on stats vs personal statement, answering the values questions etc? Not gonna lie writing those 5 essays was rough LOL.

Anyone else starting to get antsy to hear back? I cannot wait!
Me too! I wonder when they’ll start letting us know.
I keep checking my emails / mailbox and nothing yet. Anyone receive anything ? :)

Hi,
I called the graduate admissions office this morning, and he said this week we will be getting an email if we were picked for an interview OR not
