Hi, Im looking to purchase a new stethoscope.I work with people who have developmental disabilities and don't know if I should get a Littman Classic III or a Digital Stethoscope. They can become very vocal so I was leaning towards the digital to drown out some of the noise but I don't know. Help!!! Thanks in advance!

I vote the classic iii (unless you have lot's of money to drop on a stethoscope that you don't really need in your area of work).

Every person with normal hearing that tries my Thinklabs one is amazed by the sound. Thinklabs ONE - Digital Stethoscope but you are talking $500, I also have the Eko core, which will fit nicely into just about any regular stethoscope. it will also allow you to record what you are hearing via bluetooth to a smartphone for later playback. it is much more affordable at $200. I have read that the Littman electronic does have some issues with reliability.
Thanks everyone!
