Linfield ABSN Summer 2018

Hi there,

I can't find a post for Linfield's Accelerated BSN summer 2018 start, so I thought I should start one and connect with other applicants. If anyone applying to Linfield for Summer 2018 could share any communications they receive, it may help us to determine when we may be getting letters. Looking at previous years, it looks like applicants have started to get letter of admission in mid-March and early April. I applied last year but realized I hadn't completed the Chemistry prerequisites so I got a denial letter on April 5th or thereabouts. I'm anxiously waiting to hear!

Amynata, Congrats on getting in! Is anyone else curious about the schedule or when we might know our schedule? I'm a planner and it will be hard if we have to wait for orientation to get an idea of what our first semester will look like, schedule wise. I think I'll call Mindy in a week or so to check in about it. They may be waiting for final documentation and enrollment confirmation.

Yes, Amy (I'm Amy, too!), I've been wondering when I can get an idea of what the summer will look like. Family and friends are trying to get me to make summer plans and I have no idea how realistic it would be to go on trips over the weekend.

Also on the waitlist. Found out right after I got my letter that I'm #30 so I'm not exactly holding my breath! But seeing posts from past years, they've taken up to that amount off of the waitlist so I guess we'll have to wait and see. I wonder how much movement there's been? I know most of the movement will come May 1 and after, but the wait is too agonizing!
