Much appreciate replacing the unlike with disagree and tripling the like limit. Thanks!

I do have a question as to why is there a limit at all anymore?  The explanation on another thread (can't remember which one) was that the limit was in place because of the unlike button - reasoning that in order to keep a troll-type from going on a willy-nilly unlike rampage, there needed to be limits, and that the web program wouldn't allow you to limit the unlikes without limiting the likes.

I haven’t used sad yet, but I wonder if sad is negative. The same reasoning would apply in that case.

I wouldn't think so.  I can't imagine being penalized for someone having empathized with me expressing something that was sad.

We are still working on some features we have not yet revealed, but we didn't want to make you wait any longer to have access to the site. We have tripled the daily LIKES.  More information will follow...

Stay tuned.  😁

What a cliffhanger!  I am on the edge of my seat now!  (I hope I won't have to stay there for 3 weeks 😜 )

Ok. I just played with it, and sad is neutral it seems.

Speaking of "Likes," it used to be fun to open the site and be treated with a number of likes you had received since the last visit.  Are there any plans to resume that feature?

Yes, we listened to you.  The Dislike button is gone.

Thanks.

I also plan to only click "disagree" when posting why I disagree.

I just discovered that the previous Likes literally disappeared, like off of the corresponding posts too!  Somehow I had it in mind that the only thing to disappear was the count that appeared with our name when we posted!  For heaven's sake, it's worse than I thought!  Why our Likes was a target for elimination I can't fathom.  Certainly makes one cognizant of the priority of the Likes that one just started getting again the other day.  Meh, meh, meh again.

I have to go find the couple of Disagrees I clicked when it was still Confused and accordingly remove them.  I can do Confused all day long but it takes some real effort to Disagree.  😵  👈 The new Confused!

I am assuming there can only be a total of 5 reactions?  Because it would have been nice to keep the Confused!  I can think of lots of time's I have been confused about a post! 😕

Can we get confused back?

they need to be limited because of small devices ... plus, too many choices will actually confuse people
