allnurses is just promoting something that they are involved in. Since the site is named allnurses, I would think it would be self-explanatory as to why this is OK. Nurse Beth and other staff members are involved in this.

I am a Registered Nurse by profession, I choose nursing because Nursing is a rewarding career choice that will allow you to work with people of all ages in a wide variety of settings around the world; from humanitarian work and disaster relief in an international setting, to health services within your own community – nurses play a crucial role in health-care services globally. I love being a Nurse...Happy Nurses week

It is rewarding to be a professional nurse with challenges and responsibilities, nursing has afforded me the opportunity of practices and higher education in other countries and continents. Through this I know multicultural aspects of nursing as it interacts with nursing and patient's behavior in illnesses and health seeking behavior. This helps me to understand and support my patients better emotional and psychologically. It is great interacting with professionals and patients across the world through my profession as a Nurse.
Don't forget to watch this tonight. You can post your questions here or on twitter.
