I know I should know the answer to this question but I'm confused.
I was completing a job application and the question was "date license issued-date license expires". Are they asking for the original issue date or the date of renewal? I get the expiration date part with no problem.
I think I have a brain freeze from the ice cream! Thanks.

I would use the original license issue date.

I think they want to know the original date. That tells them when you first got your license. They can figure out when you most recently renewed it from the expiration date.

Put down when you were originally licensed and then put down when your current license expires and the state. All apps I've ever filled out are like that.

the real question is how long have you been a nurse
Thanks for the responses. I graduate in 2010 and just renewed, so I was somewhat confused.
