Does anyone work for Liberty Mutual Insurance? I have an interview for a telephonic case manager and would like some input on the position and the company. I haven't been able to find much info online. Thanks!

I work for Liberty and love it! Great people, great work life balance, great company culture. Is it for a Telephonic or Field Nurse position?

I started my career with Liberty as a Tele NCM. I've since moved up and now manage the nurses. Great career mobility! Good luck and keep me posted!

That's awesome. It really sounds like a great company to grow with. Can I ask, did you enjoy the telephonic case management? Did you find that it aloowed you a good work/ life balance? I've heard that the downfall of thia type of position is being salaried and working way more than 40 hrs a week, which worriea me. I really am wanting to find a position or a company thay I can retire with and work/life balance is a top priority!
