I'm about to start my second semester of nursing school, and I just need advise on how to tackle it really good. My classes will be Medical Surgical 1, Psychiatric mental health, and Nursing Research...I'll be starting my IV labs by next week as well...So really good and encouraging advise from nursing students who have been there, done that, will be greatly appreciated.

We can do it. I'm starting my 2nd semester as well. I hope you enjoy psych; we don't get that until 4th semester. :)
I'm taking Med-Surg II, Pharmacology, and Interpersonal Relationships.

My advise would be to try your best to come to class each day prepared for lecture. My med-surg classes were a lot of information in a short period of time, and I was able to stay on top of things just by skimming the chapters the night before.
P.S. ALWAYS ALWAYS ask questions... if your unsure of something and never ask it could lead you to miss other things in the future
