Mine is getting worse. I'm not sure how. You know how you think something is about as bad as it can get and then you are surprised to learn that the hole is actually deeper? I am seriously going to puke one of these days, right there in the middle of the test.
I know people say it's caused by not being prepared, but I beg to differ. I received one of the high scores on my last midterm. OK, so before I develop an ulcer, does anybody have any ideas? I try to relax, I do, but I just cannot do it. I sleep OK the night before, I eat a good breakfast, and I study enough. I wear comfortable clothing, I think about my favorite tropical location, I do deep breathing...on and on. Testing is really the only situation where I encounter anxiety, I'm usually pretty chill.

you can try studying @ home or at the library and simulating the test situation, make yourself practice uestions to do and time yourself this has helped me calm down during tests since im use to having the pressure of finishing on time. I also grade my practice tests after im done so I know what i have to work on and what I do not.
