Can anyone tell me about the working conditions at Lenox Hill? Patient ratios, staffing, ancillary help, charting programs/paper, etc.?

Which union serves this hospital?

Just curious.

Hey can you be more specific? Depending on what area you work determines your patient ratio. Lenox Hill has their own Union for nurses, I think 1199 is provided for other staff. I think the work conditions are okay for the most part.
