Well I was at a respectable hospital in the community as a cna II and i had to resign. There were so many things happening, I would go in somedays and i would have 32 patients and be the only na on the floor. Nurses were running telling my boss that i would have to be told to give baths, i was taking vs, and blood sugars too early putting the patients at risk, or vs would be to late blah blah blah, oh did i mention there was a certain nurse that no matter what i did she was never happy, and she accused me of "making up" documentation on a patient because "it could not possibly be right!!!" Are you kidding me. I worked my butt off and it was never enough, I gave my resignation and now am doing agency work to find my place or if i want to even do this anymore. Has anyone else experienced this ?????? I am highly disappointed i waited so long to get into a hospital and this was a diaster i tried to sick in there for 9 months but things were getting worse and worse. Sorry for the long post had to vent a little bit

I feel the same way. I work my ass off at a respectable nursing home, and for what? low wages and constant abuse!

You are better than me.. I would not have lasted 9 months. I worked at a LTC facility that had 26 and one other helper 16 year old male with no training. Besides are regular duty we had to cook dinner and mop the floors and serve dinner and do dishes lol . They had been reported many times but they were alwys given a week or more notice
