Leaving Homecare for Hospital Difficulty?

Has anyone else had a problem to moving to a hospital position from a homecare position? I've been working as an RN with a BSN for 2.5 years, and every job that I apply to I have been turned down immediately. Jobs I have been applying for require nothing other than a BSN and an RN's license. Anyone else having this problem?
