Ok.....yes this is for schoolwork! So, can anyone give me a leadership theory that I can research that would be applicable to organizing a community based flu clinic? I've done all of the research but I'm stumped on a theory behind the research.....thanks in advance!

Is this for a masters?
Yes for my Masters. I think I'm going to go with Chaos Theory.

Nah - I'd go for Transformational Leadership. The foundation of all successful community efforts is participant's belief in & passion about achieving the outcomes..... certainly isn't the money, right- LOL? Transformational leadership is all about 'selling' subordinates on the initiative - helping them to become believers rather than simply following orders.
Thx HouTx! I was gonna pitch Choas as the flu clinic is a small step in the big picture of the flu pandemic. But, I like yours better! Lol
